Mama Pat's Gumbo

Homemade Louisiana Gumbo, made in small batches by Chef Ron. A 85yr old recipe out of Louisiana. Mama Pat showed Chef Ron how to start with a Brown Roux, adding in Real Vegetables and Fresh Spices and High Quality Seafood and Meats. No one has made more batches of Gumbo in Los Angeles than us!

Offered in Large cup & Gumbo Bowls!!

Loaded with Crab Legs, Smoked Sausage, Chicken Breast, Large Shrimp made with our World Famous Louisiana Gumbo Roux, served over Rice.
