Based in San Bernardino, CA, FW Foods is fully SQF certified and compliant with all regulatory standards, ensuring every product meets the highest levels of food safety, quality, and consistency.

 

This partnership allows Mama Pats Foods to deliver fresh, flavorful, and ready-to-sell products at scale. Buyers can feel confident knowing that we have the infrastructure and experience to support multiple channels and customers—from large retail chains to independent grocers.

Mama Pat’s began in 2015 in Inglewood, CA, founded by CEO Chef Ron Freeman and CFO La Keisha Moore. Together, they opened Mama Pat’s Gumbo & Grill — a neighborhood favorite that inspired a bigger dream: taking Chef Ron’s signature Gumbo to kitchens across America.

 

Chef Ron soon joined forces with Charles Heard, a gifted graphic designer who transformed vision into stunning visuals. Charles’ creative genius shaped how the Mama Pat’s brand is seen around the world. Soon after, Regina Shields came on board to craft high-energy social media reels and work alongside Chef Ron in sales — helping get Mama Pat’s products into over 600 stores nationwide.

 

With Chef Jason Holste ensuring every product meets top nutritional and regulatory standards, Mama Pat’s built a rock-solid foundation.

 

In 2020, Chef Ron partnered with the Vaccari family, owners of General Seafood and Meats in Gardena. This collaboration gave Mama Pat’s the power to create new products, store them safely, and distribute them with ease.

 

Over the years, financial partners and investors have joined the journey — helping Mama Pat’s grow into a trusted name in authentic, flavorful foods.
